The Weather Vane of Captain Cat?

...the clouds were great again today but just a bit too much haze on the horizon for me to get a decent land or sea scape....

....I've always liked this weather vane although I'm not sure I've ever seen it move...the creator does a nice line in dovecotes and birdhouse too....
