Life on the Good Intent

Hazy Hills across the Forth

I should call this journal Chasing the Light or Head for the Shore. Once again I could see these hills across the Forth as I drove home so I decided to turn right and head for the water. There should be a law against high stone walls and hedges. It took a few miles of rallying along some very pretty roads and a lovely wood to see the view I wanted. Even then I had to clamber through brambles and hawthorn to get to a gap in the drystane dyke. The sun was almost gone by then but it is a beautiful spot, I'm glad I found it and I will return to the woods soon, in the right light they will be beautiful.
