Pajero!

A 04:00 am start and 10 hours driving, but I bought it!

My mate Paul, Jack and myself headed up the coast this morning. I drove straight through. I bought the Pajero and headed south. A brief stopover in Taree for an excellent pub counter lunch with El Pedro and continued on.

I took this shot on the side of the highway on one of the increasingly common stretch breaks.

I got about an hour from Sydney when I told Paul he had to drive. I was exhausted.

I'm so pleased to be rid of the old beast: It cost me $100 in petrol to get there, and only about $30 in diesel to get home! Sweet.

I promise I'll catch up on comments tomorrow, but now I'm stuffed and need to lie down somewhere...
