Distortion

Spent some the day looking at post processing software. The free trials are running out and I need to make a choice: Photoshop elements 7 or PSP X2.

Thought I would try some 'subtle' edits on a shot of a tractor at The National Museum of Rural Life in EK...........................

Am I missing something or is post processing really (really) frustrating?
