Sunlight in the Valley

You may be hard pushed to see in this photo what I could see. It was one of those days when I cursed the inability of my camera to show the beauty seen through the naked eye.

The morning began with a heavy shower of rain, then later the sun decided to make an appearance. If you look closely, down in the valley, shining across the green fields, is a ray of sunlight. It looked so unusual, as the sun seemed to have chosen just one stretch of greenery to light up!
