Going nuts! (sorry)

The nut feeders continue to attract all manner of garden birds and provide endless opportunities to do nothing but look out of the window. I grabbed the camera to take this shot and too late realised the flash was switched on so it was thoroughly spoiled. I immediately switched off the flash and took another one which was perfect except the birds had flown! So here you get the inferior shot but you get the drift. (Tree sparrows still busy busy in the nesting box)
Would you believe snow and rain this morning which didn't hang around thankfully but it has been a 4 seasons day with some sun this afternoon - in fact quite a lot of sunshine!
Went into Thirsk in the afternoon and witnessed one car collision and another car on fire in Tesco's car park! Quite an eventful afternoon. Called to see my neighbour in our local small hospital. She is making good progress and in very good spirits.
I'm off to see daughter R tomorrow then on to Lincolnshire again. Commenting a bit thin at the moment, sorry, will get back on track when I can.
Driving up to Teesside soon to see 'The Marigold Hotel' film we missed earlier in the week and has now finished in Thirsk. Should be a nice cheerful end to the week!
