I was chatting to an ex-colleague's boyfriend (Boo! it was her leaving drinks - we'll miss her!) about children's books and he was encouraging me to continue my dream of writing. I still have writer's block but I've been scribbling notes and ideas lately.

So some inspiration today - a lovely story (Henri walks to Paris) by Leonore Klein and beautifully illustrated by the legend that is Saul Bass. This is one of my favourite spreads from the book.
