Self portrait, shattered

I have been on my feet, hands and knees all day. Stripping carpet, underlay, lino and gripper rods. Not to mention moving the heaviest lumps of furniture. My back is a little sore and although I promised myself a walk, as a reward, I could not summon an ounce of energy.
This is my face.
