Great Crested Grebe

Another Broads 'icon', I suppose, but much more of a beggar to get a decent picture of - not all "me, me, me" like some of the swans and ducks, the grebes seem to take delight in diving under just as you get them lined up nicely. What with herons swooping majestically overhead, coots pootering comically about... It's enough to turn anyone into an amateur twitcher!
