Meet JC - US Forest Service (Retired)

This is the father of some dear friends and most everyone calls him "Pop". I took several pics and then he said "Wait, I have to fix my hat" and he messed it up but that's the kind of antics he loves. I listen with joy to his stories about wildlife and fishing. He's in his 80s and still does more than he really should. He's definetly one of the good guys.

I was over at the pond in hopes of getting pics of the Sandhill Cranes and babies but they did not want to socialize today. I'll get back out there soon.
