Asian noodle soup...

...for supper tonight. Made from fresh turkey breast cubes sauteed in a bit of olive oil, Swanson's Unsalted Chicken Stock with a bit of oriental fish sauce, shiitake mushrooms, a small can of bamboo shoots, baby bok choy, matchstick carrots, sugar snap peas, fresh yakisoba noodles from the oriental market, and green onions for garnish. It was delicious on a rather cold, windy, rainy spring night.
