Lone Tenement

In the 1960s Glasgow City Council demolished 100s of Sandstone tenements in the 60s to make way for the vertical villages that they hoped the tower blocks would become .Most of the tower blocks themselves are now demolished and this beautiful brown listed sandstone in Bedford Lane in The Gorbals is all that remains .
