Looks Like Spring, Feels Like ...

A definite chill in the air today, and the forecast for the rest of the week is for temperatures around 10C. It feels more like late winter than spring. Regardless of this, the apple blossom is appearing, blackbirds are nest building and seeds are being sown. The latter is the task for me today (beyond the inevitable weeding) ably assisted by my 5 year old partner in grime (mud).

Her elder sister is off to a party (if she ever manages to concentrate for 5 minutes and complete her homework). We have the last of the funky vegetables to sow and a roast dinner to prepare and cook.

No rest for the wicked. Oh and as for the greenhouse that decided to collapse itself over last weekend, that will likely wait until next.
