One Team - One Goal

It is Sunday, we are at anchor and it is quiet on board. A lot of action yesterday and last night and everybody seems to enjoy the break between two anchor handling sessions. Except for two disciplines on board; the cook and the engineers. The first because; quiet or not, we have to eat. The second because it is a period with almost all engines off, this means repair and maintenance time. I have to admit it; we have 17 crew members on board and only these guys are working real hard today. On the picture you'll see Chief Engineer Marco and 3rd Engineer Erik working in the engine room's workshop. They have all the tools a professional engineer need and wants to have. Maybe a little big bigger workshop, but you can't have it all. Who's Marco? If you turn both of them upside down, you have to speak to the one with One Team One Goal on his sleeve. Their goal is to keep the engines running 24 hrs a day.
