The Gefion Fountain
The imposing Gefion Fountain is placed in a corner of Churchillparken (Churchill Park) near the Langelinie waterfront and is one of the largest monuments in Copenhagen. The sculptures were created by Anders Bundgaard and revealed to the public in 1908. The Goddess apparently had to plough as much of Denmark as she could in one night and could keep all the land she ploughed. So..... she turned her four sons into bulls and whipped the crap out of them. She managed Zealand, in a night - that's the biggest island of Denmark (excluding Greenland) and is where Copenhagen sits today.
Tried an ND8 filter on a waterfall for the first time, quite pleased.
The blur is a guy with an umbrella - it's raining.....still.
