Guisborough Priory ruins

Today I was racing in the Guisborough Moors Fell Race, 12.5 miles up and down. I really quite like this particular event as it was my first ever fell race over 30 years ago. The course has changed a little bit, but none the worse for that. At the last check point there was a snow storm today which added to the fun!! Later in the afternoon the sun came out, and as I had decided not to take my camera with me on the race and was short of a blip, we visited the remains of the 12th century priory in Guiseborough. It was a very peaceful place. (I did leave the children in the car)!!
