Nature's Garden

Should have gone for a walk first thing this morning, but the bottle of red wine and whisky last night came back to haunt me so I had an extra lie in. This was the first alcohol since abstaining over Lent; all I can say is Ouch! Lol!

Eventually recovered and went for a walk in nature's garden this afternoon, a bit of fresh air and beautiful scenery, there is nothing better!

Back to work tomorrow. Booooo!!!!
