Sunset at the park gates

Had a lovely walk today in the sunshine and then nipped out to take this shot at the park gates opposite the end of my road. The park has always been private land but the Lord (who was very popular in the local community) whose Manor it was used to let local people walk dogs in it and was fairly relaxed about people accessing it, and there was a scout camp there too. Unfortunatley following the death of the Lord it has now passed into the hand of the Peel corporation who have locked the gates, added CCTV cameras and a security patrol who came to ask me why I was taking pictures. Knowing that the park is just empty farming fields I have no idea why they feel the need. Unnecessary corporate aggression which alienate the community for whatever they plan to do with it.
