Sunday's Portrait

Today I was helping out a photographer at church with studio lighting. Can be tricky at times, but when you get it right you get it right!

Steve was being so helpful sitting for us as we fiddled around with Speedlites on tripods and was practically blinded dazzled by the flashes! Got the lighting spot on and went on to take a couple of portraits for this and that at church. Job done well!

Caught up with friends after the service that I haven't seen for a while. Some with babies that aren't babies anymore!! Was just so great.

The afternoon was a bit dull- Tesco and house stuff. Managed to get a tonne of work up to date though so that was good. Exactly what Sundays are for really!

Today's blip is of hubby being very patient and sitting for us! For some reason the images won't read on the pc so have resorted to a snap of the LCD screen with the iPhone then edited a smidge.

Steve has been so incredible the last few months, well, he always is, but has been my rock of recent weeks when we both needed support in one way or another. He really is one in a million and I appreciate and love him in abundance!

That's really cheesy - I know!!! But you've got to proclaim these things and be thankful for what you've got right??!
