Dock Reflections

It was a gorgeous night, and I was happy to get to the dock just in time to get this shot. I didn't have time to set up my tripod and catch the shot, and I can tell--it's not as clear as I would like.

My sister tells me there is a new software that will sharpen blurry shots really well. Has anyone hear of it? She couldn't remember the name of it, of course.
