Papier 12

This weekend saw the fifth edition of Papier, a contemporary art fair specialising in works on paper. It started in 2007 as a relatively modest event showcasing 17 galleries and attracting 2,500 visitors. This year's edition features 38 galleries and is expected to attract over 10,000 visitors.
I like this fair a lot and have been attending from the start. Art works on paper are often more affordable for beginning collectors - and the event does a great job lowering the threshold for contemporary art.
