Raging river!!

Hit the treadmill early, my ankles are none too happy about this arrangement! Got some shopping in for mum and dad, my wee mum seems to be getting worse! She should be in the hospital I think, but refuses to go, the fear being she is so frail, if she catches something else, she just want be able to fight it! Really worried about them both! Spent some time with them, my dad is just beside himself!!

Took the dog and girls a walk later as it was a nice afternoon!
