Dalmeny Kirk

Went to a fabulous "Concert in the Kirk" - clarinettist Jean Johnson.

It's the first time I've been to Dalmeny Kirk - "Scotland's finest Norman church". It has great acoustics, and is a fine building, probably built around 1160. I bought the book which was researched by Neil Manson Cameron but who died suddenly. It gives an explanation of all these sculptures round the doorway.
