Sleeping giant

This plant has been lying dormant in my mothers conservatory for months like a 'sleeping giant' and only once it is open do you fully appreciate the monsters beauty.

(You can't really see the size of it in this picture though, but it is approximately the size of a grown man's hand and this amazing toxic red colour)
