I think I look old in this picture.

42 in December so not to bad I think tho I can see age starting to catch up with me :(

Feeling rough today anyway. Had another vertigo attack on Saturday night. Was groggy all day yesterday and slept a lot. After dropping Kade off at school this morning was nearly sick at the bus stop and had to miss a bus till I felt I could get home without spewing.

Called into work to say I wont be in at least the next few days yet.

This is the longest I have ever been ill with Vertigo.

Also my blood pressure was still very high last Friday at the doctors. Got told to lose weight (boo hiss) and I may have to go on tablets for the blood pressure.

Ordered loads of fruit n veg for my shopping this week... yuk :(

ALSO YESTERDAY AS I WAS FEELING ILL, NIC TOOK KADE TO THEIR GRANS FOR MOST OF THE DAY. ON THE WAY BACK AS THEY GOT OFF THE BUS THEY SAW KADE'S DAD. WHEN HE SPOTTED KADE HE JUST LOOKED THE OTHER WAY AND IGNORED HIM.

SIMILAR THING HAPPENED NOT SO LONG AGO...
