you know it's been a fairly slow day when you end up with a last minute dinner blip.

this was actually a very yummy meal of pitta bread, fried aubergine, guacamole and tomato salsa.

the aubergine was from Bab's garden, the avocado was from Lizzie's garden.

i love zambia.
