Cast Iron Gardening #7 : Handles

I bought a huge cast-iron flowerpot for Mrs. Dutchoak's birthday in 1991. After some hauling around it found its final abode here (in summer) here (in autumn) here (in winter) .

It is a beautiful but crudely made pot, probably Chinese. The handles have rusted off, but before mending it, I thought they would make a nice blip in this miniseries.
