Back to school

Rach in full new school uniform at 8am this morning on her new tree swing that Tony put up yesterday. I had visions of her on her back in the wet grass 5 mins before she had to leave but thankfully she stayed clean.

I went to Willow Tree the respite unit today to do all the paperwork for Christopher's first tea visit next week, the staff are all really nice and the unit has just undergone a full refurb so it's all new and modern. I took lots of photos for his social story to prepare him for next week.

Just got back from circuit training,
I have decided to give up the adult gymnastics as I am risking doing my self an injury and I'm still waiting for the results of my MRI on my spine so it makes sense.
