Always know when it has been successful

Sausage and egg pie (homemade pastry)
Almond macaroons (cos I had egg whites left over from pastry)
Sun dried tomato, chees and garlic loaf (cas we fancied a savory loaf)
And a vanilla sponge (cos the oven was on)

ooooh - and a 'spare pastry pie' for the left over bits

RESULT REMAINING:
1/2 the sausage & egg pie
Less than 1/2 the macaroons
Less than 1/2 the loaf
3/4 of the sponge
1/2 the 'spare pastry pie'

And that is in one afternoon.....
