Phone home?

This sculpture is by Marino Amaya - I featured another of his work in my blip on 15th February.

This piece, outside a local bar, depicts the alien the sculptor saw in the mountain forests here on 26th September 1996.

Interestingly - or completely bizarrely-out-there - depending on your perspective, the other weekend the Marbella coast was disturbed very early on a Sunday morning by the scream of fighter aircraft flying extremely low over the coast. There was a news black out and no explanation.
Then later my neighbour said they were chasing a UFO. Well....
