Blip your breadsticks!
It's become a bit of a tradition for Joe to bring breadsticks to Monday training sessions, which he duly doles out in the changing rooms to those who qualify- the criteria varies from swimmer to swimmer, apparently.
I had a fantastic swim myself tonight, pushed myself to do an extra half km, in the name of weight-loss, and really got into my stride. Felt I could have gone on forever. Even managed 50, yes, 50m butterfly non-stop, although I did nearly drown at the end. :-) And Joe likes swimming 200m fly?
