Cabin in the woods

Robyn and Mike Fitzgerald have lived in this house for twenty years. Over that period they have gradually extended. More importantly, they have replanted original rainforest trees and plants on a regular basis, so that they now live in their own mini-rainforest amid the farmland of northeastern New South Wales. On this evening Mike spotted a ring-tailed possum high in one of the trees, just the other side of the swimming pool to the left of the camera.
