Risks of online shopping

As part of the preparations for a party to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary at the end of June I plan to make a couple of fruit cakes this weekend. I do quite a lot of cooking, so I already had most of the main ingredients in the house when I checked the kitchen cupboards on Sunday. However, citrus peel supplies were running low, so I added what I thought was citrus peel to the Tesco order.

It now looks like I will be making fairy cakes for the tea party too! In the meantime I'll have to hunt down some citrus peel elsewhere (as well as angelica, which is always tricky to find at any time of the year other than in the run-up to Christmas).
