Delicious dinner!!!

This was my present for my Dad - rolled shoulder of salt marsh lamb from Gower cooked with fresh veg and served with roast potatoes and stuffing. Honestly - it was delicious! I also served some grilled figs with welsh honey and almonds. And mum made the leftovers into shepperds pie on monday, also really tasty.
