Pleasant encounter

I met this wee chap on the way to dinner this evening, he made me smile!
Today's yoga practice was amazing! I experienced & learnt so many new things, how fantastic that after 10+ years of practicing Ashtanga yoga there are still new sensations & experiences to be had.
I'm grateful for today.
