Le village

The cers, the north-west wind from the Pyrenees, blew all the clouds away today. This is why I love the wind here. I walked out of the village to take a photo looking back towards the mountains. It was very blowy, and against the clear blue sky Canigou was again snow-capped, but I didn't manage to get it into this view of the village. You can see our famous clocktower on the left.

The big news of the day is S's important rendezvous in Toulouse yesterday. He was being interviewed by Toulouse television station TLT about his recently published book. The programme was broadcast yesterday evening. I am so proud of him! It's a scary experience being interviewed on TV in your second language. He was rubbish at French at school, and now look at him. He's a natural :)
