bumble

The dogs have begun their usual warm weather locating and rounding up of bumble bees. Luckily they are wary enough of them to not try to eat them. They just get as close as they can and bark (HEY! HEY! HEY!) until one of us comes and removes the poor bumble bee.
This one was more than happy to jump on my hand but then refused to jump off so I decided to try to photograph him - not easy when he is sitting in the palm of my right hand...
