5 a day!
Here is my 5 a day.
I've had none today so thought I would have all 5 at once.
This consists of..... 1 asian pear, 1 breaburn apple, 2 passionfruits, 2 kiwis and a glass of juice.
I'm also having a pot of green tea for good measure.
So healthy, well if I did this everyday maybe.
I wanted a bottle of wine but am doing this instead!!!
