Fern with basket star

This is our dive guide Fern showing us a basket star. Its a kind of starfish even though it just looks like an old nest of twigs. If you put your finger near it, it tries to grab on. It is a very cool thing.

Lovely final day diving, even though the weather was not good and we got very rained on. At least it was warm rain. The first of the day was my 200th dive, yay me. We saw all sorts of stuff today as Fern is an awesome fish spotter. She is also great fun to dive with, always upside down looking in holes for eels and you can even hear her giggling underwater.

We also saw another turtle bringing our final total to three turtles this trip.
