Splashing Out

Splashing Out - A sort of reply to myself regarding a question raised about spending money on photography equipment. As long as we maintain the purity in our method, then maybe it is okay to spend money on something. In the absence of of the perfect tool for the job we find a solution, but in the presence of it we can get lazy and forget to push boundaries. So long as neither the method of making nor the desire to exceed ones current limits are diminished by the presence of new tools, these advances can be seen to be a positive.
