Now you might think that I'm happy because I'm feeling better.

Well I am, a little :)

But not a lot :(

No, I'm happier because I've heard that Paul Buchanan of Scottish band The Blue Nile, has a new album coming out in a couple of weeks.

His first solo release and he was also on Jools Hollands show this evening too performing the title track, Mid Air.

The Blue Nile formed in 1981 and in that time have released a total of 4, (yes 4) albums.

They're not what you'd call prolific songwriters but the quality of their work is outstanding.

You owe it to yourself to seek out and listen to their slender body of work ......

......and embrace it.
