Salvaged.

Our neighbour is now in a Nursing Home and his house has been plundered by his son, and what he didn't want put into boxes for the Tip. We rummaged through and found this, just needed a clean, some TLC and a new batteries(it needs 2 ), and it goes perfectly, keeps perfect time, and is now on our sideboard !! It is one of the first Quartz clocks, has the date 10 1974 inside, lasted well hasn't it
The photo was a pure fluke, I was trying without flash to reduce the glass reflection, and it came out like this, wish I knew why !!
