How can I get to the other side?

I quite often go for a stroll to this park, but everytime the rain has finally stopped every inch is soaked, you barely can walk safely. Even dogs walk like dizzy people and dont dare to run..I was standing there for quite a while, I know, its not a great picture, but funny to see what huge puddle can develop within my beloved park.
