Not only is he driving a zeam zeamer. Not only is the suspension of it lower than a teenage skater's jeans. Not only is he shopping in Tesco (giant, corporate slag). He is parked in a disabled bay without any kind of disabled badge in the windscreen.

In his defence - I've parked in one of these for a "nip in and out" and have been known to shop in Tesco (like today).
