The Knee and the Bell

So I had a bit of a slip and a tumble this morning when running for the train.... end result was a very swollen knee ( it freaked me out to see how big and swollen it was almost instantly!) which will need rest and ice.....fortunately no breakages! I will milk it for the rest of the week though!

So as a preview of things to come ( when I have a minor operation in July ) I am having a dry run of this bell ( which was given to me by John the big boss at work )..... Andrea loves it nearly as much as I do.....

I can foresee another operation in the near future..... one to remove the bell from a certain orifice of mine!
