De Regentes, Den Haag

I'm in Holland this week for work - theatre for very young children is spreading everywhere! Today I'm in a theatre in Den Haag called De Regentes which has been created in an old swimming pool. Alongside 3 performances for children aged 2-4 there are some visual art installations. At the deep end of the swimming pool is a dark space which the children love - they can run around on the original floor of the pool and today they get to play with this installation made up of old lampshades.

Children's play never ceases to amaze me, and these kids are having a great time!
