East Coast Mainline

Through the window - 16:37 Newcastle to Edinburgh.
A long tiring day trying to engage some post-grad. students on a dry subject.. Poor them, it was the first day back after Easter and they just wanted to gossip. I was very glad to catch the early train home. I love this train ride, past the Northumberland and Borders coastline - always sit on the east side of the train to see the sea.
