Charlie likes my windowsill

Today Charlie came to me .. she can not be at home with Oliver she runs .. even that Oliver has been given medication for that he should not feel that Charlie runs so he knows it anyway. She must not be left alone for Oliver. so I have her in my home. She likes nice to be in my living room window and look at all that goes past .. both dogs and people ... a little worried she is ..
