On first glance you might see nothing wrong on this image. But look closer: what is happening here?

The time is 8.15 am and these Japanese tourists are getting off the tour boat. That means that they either had a very early tour or something else is happening here.

And then you notice the skew container in the background. Could that have something to do with this mystery?

Yes, definately so. The container ship in the background had just rammed the Willem's Bridge and lost 7 containers, all floating in the river. That meant the boat could not depart, and the Japanese had to look for another tourist trip today.

Lots of emergency people out and about.
