Farewell analogue

I met a group of friends for dinner and drinks at Café St Germain, Crystal Palace. At 9.15pm, despite the dreich weather, there was quite a crowd waiting to see the light show that would signal the switchover from analogue to digital on the Crystal Palace transmitter. The light show was somewhat obscured by cloud, but you could say that the cloud made it look more mysterious - a bit like dry ice. I'm glad Lindsay spotted the event and alerted me to it since it's so close by.

A good evening out and I was very pleased to hold Kevin the Dachshund while his owner had to do stuff. Kevin is one fine dog and I'm sure we will meet again in the future.
